OUE REIT's property portfolio comprises seven prime commercial and hospitality properties located in Singapore and Sydney, Australia, with an aggregate net lettable area of approximately 2.4 million square feet of prime office and retail space and 1,655 upper upscale hotel rooms.
Rooted in Singapore, OUE REIT owns three Grade A office properties, which consist of OUE Bayfront (50% interest), One Raffles Place (67.95% effective interest), and the office components of OUE Downtown, strategically located in Singapore's central business district. It also has two hotels, comprising the 1,080-room Hilton Singapore Orchard and the 575-room Crowne Plaza Changi Airport, both in the main tourist catchments – namely, the Orchard Road shopping belt and the world-renowned Changi Airport, respectively. In addition, OUE REIT has one retail property, Mandarin Gallery, a high-end retail mall situated over four levels below the Hilton Singapore Orchard.
The latest addition to the portfolio is Salesforce Tower (19.9% interest), a premium-grade commercial tower located in Circular Quay, one of Sydney’s key corporate and cultural precincts.
